Compressed air enters the bottom of the "online" tower and flows up through the zeolite molecular sieve, N2, CO2 and H2O gases are preferentially adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, allowing Oxygen to pass through. After a pre-set time the on-line tower automatically switches to the regenerative mode, venting contaminants from the the zeolite molecular sieve. When one tower produces O2, another tower releases the N2, CO2 and H2O at the same time. Two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to output O2 continuously.5 Oxygen Buffer System The main role of oxygen gas buffer system is to balance the pressure and purity of oxygen gas which separated from O2/N2 separation system to ensure continuous supply of oxygen gas.
